We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Business Banking Assistant. This position is responsible for administrative and operational support and working closely with Commercial Lenders.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing business customer loan requests/approvals. Works closely with Commercial Loan Officers. Follows-up with the Loan Officers regarding renewals, etc.
  • Obtain credit information and all other documentation necessary for lien perfection.
  • Sets up relevant files and maintains existing files within the bank's imaging system.
  • Processes loan payments and maintains loan records within the core Commercial Loan application.
  • Assists Commercial Loan Officers with disbursement of new and existing loans.
  • Files loan documents with the appropriate agencies.
  • Answers customer inquiries.
  • Prepares loan notices, reports and loan documents as required.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.
