North Shore Bank is seeking a detail orientated full-time Customer Service Representative who enjoys a challenge. This position is located at our Lakeside branch and is a great opportunity to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer service – Provide assistance and exceptional service for all banking products.
  • Open Consumer Accounts, including:
    • Checking Accounts
    • Savings Accounts
    • IRAs
    • HSAs
    • Certificates of Deposit
  • Open Business accounts
  • Assist with various branch audits
  • Concentration on innovation in technology driven products to enhance customer relationships
  • Safe Box administration
  • Deceased customer monitoring
  • Phone support – debit card, online banking, mobile and other personal banking services
  • Provide backup assistance to teller line, vaults and imaging of work as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Related banking experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excel and Word knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Notary Public preferred, or ability to obtain
