The North Shore Bank Retail department is seeking a full-time Personal Banker II to join our growing team! The individual in this role will effectively explain personal banking products and services to our customers and assist them with their banking needs including opening accounts and offering online and mobile banking support. Responsibilities:
- Customer service – Provide assistance and exceptional service for all banking products.
- Open Consumer Accounts, including:
- Checking Accounts
- Savings Accounts
- IRAs
- HSAs
- Certificates of Deposit
- Open Business accounts
- Assist with various branch audits
- Concentration on innovation in technology driven products to enhance customer relationships
- Safe Box administration
- Phone support – debit card, online banking, mobile and other personal banking services
- Provide backup assistance to teller line, vaults and imaging of work as needed.
- Loan origination in training
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school education or GED
- Related banking experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excel and Word knowledge
- Notary Public preferred, or ability to obtain
- Lending or loan processing experience a plus
