This position will provide exceptional customer service to our private banking clients and perform operational and administrative support to the private banking team. Responsibilities:

• Provides a high level of customer service at all times while interacting with private banking clients or answering client inquiries
• Performs a variety of operational tasks including, but not limited to: accurate processing of loan documents and performing all post-close processing, tracking and reporting for private banking loans
• Provides confidential support to the Private Banking team by assisting in the day-to-day administration of client accounts, including the use of various computer software
• Participate in cross training to provide support and back up as needed for other positions in the department
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Two to four years of similar or related banking experience preferred
• A high school education or GED
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills required with both internal and external customers including confidentiality
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Self-starter and ability to collaborate in a team environment as needed
