North Shore Bank is seeking a Retail Banking Coordinator to join our Retail team! This position will provide exceptional customer service and will be lead the Personal Banker 1 team when educating and assisting our customers on our products and services. The individual in this position will stay up to date on department products and services and will be responsible for scheduling and supervision of the Personal Banker 1 area. Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day oversight of the Autobank Personal Bankers and perform backup teller duties as needed
  • Provide customer service and assistance for department banking products and services including debit card and online banking with the exception of lending products
  • Assists in the interviewing and hiring process for Personal Bankers
  • Coordinate scheduling, reporting and tracking for all offices
  • Provides assistance to Office Supervisors for teller issues and oversight
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Six months to two years of retail service and sales or related experience at a financial institution required
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Must have good communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent Microsoft office and computer skills
  • Must be organized and have excellent time management skills
