We are seeking a Banking Solutions Specialist to join our team! This position will provide operational support to customers and staff for various deposit account functions. Responsibilities:

• To be the first point of contact for clients who connect with us through the general phone numbers, general email, website inquiries and digital suite conversations.
• Provide basic support to consumer and business clients with inquiries around deposit products and services, digital suite products and payment information.
• Provide support to internal staff for various account matters including: non-posts, returns, account research, verifications, mobile banking, I-pay transactions, online banking maintenance, E Statements, and debit card fraud.
• Perform supporting administrative tasks including, but not limited to: return mail, review account maintenance to ensure accuracy, and prepare outgoing mail.
• Provide operational support and be an internal resource to all staff to guarantee adherence to company procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of a high school diploma or GED
• One to twelve months of similar or related experience
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in different systems
• Self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Banking experience preferred, but not required
