Kim currently serves on the Executive Board and holds the position of Finance Officer for a non-profit that is committed to veteran services, mentoring youth and sponsorship of programs in our community.
Rudy joined North Shore Bank in 2026 as a Private Banker. With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, Rudy has held a variety of positions such as teller supervisor, retail banking manager, and Vice President of retail & marketing services. Rudy has been active with local chambers and community support for over 35 years and is a graduate of Laurentian Chamber of Commerce & the Blandin Leadership programs, and is currently active with the Hermantown Chamber. She looks forward to connecting with customers to help them achieve their financial goals.
