APPLICATION CHECKLIST - Bring the following with you:
  • Two years of W-2’s
  • Two years of Federal Tax Returns
  • Most recent months’ pay stubs
  • Last two months’ statements for checking and savings accounts
  • Divorce decree, if applicable (to verify child support and/or alimony payments)
  • For self-employed applicants: signed copies of last two years’ Federal Business Tax Returns
