Brad Gallop is a 35-year veteran of the mortgage industry, holding leadership positions in a number of national and regional mortgage companies. With extensive experience in sales operations management, Brad prides himself on empowering his team to reach their full potential. Brad earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute – Strayer University, and he earned his undergrad banking & finance degree from the University of North Dakota. Brad serves on the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors. 

Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Minnesota – Duluth and the 2008 Leadership Duluth program. An employee of North Shore since 1990, Elizabeth has served in a variety of capacities including Retail Banker and Office Supervisor before transitioning to her current Mortgage Originator position in 2004. Elizabeth says she is most proud of the fact that she has successfully worked for the same employer for 30 years and still finds the work challenging, rewarding and exciting.

Rhonda has been in the finance, banking and mortgage industry for nearly 30 years. She brings a wealth of experience supporting customers through all stages of life, whether it is a first-time home-buyer, or an individual looking to purchase additional investment property. Rhonda grew up in Proctor, MN, graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and has lived in Superior, WI since 1990. With her knowledge of the region, she is able to assist with purchases on both sides of the bridge.

Kathryn has been in the mortgage business for 20 years and finds the most rewarding part of the job is the long term relationships that are built with clients. Making the process easy and stress-free for customers is her goal and providing excellent service and a seamless process, keeps them coming back as their needs change. The best referral is from a past client that had a great experience and shares that with family and friends! Active in the community, Kathryn has been an Ambassador in the Duluth Chamber, member of the Hermantown Chamber, graduate of Leadership Superior/Douglas County and past member of Duluth Eco Rotary.

Janice has been in the mortgage and real estate industry for over 25 years. She prides herself on providing the best customer experience possible. She is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage business and is well respected by her peers and the local real estate community. Janice performs her job at the highest standards of excellence, building long term relationships through loyalty and trust.

Mary brings almost 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry to her role as a Loan Originator. She is extremely focused on the customer experience to ensure that everything goes smoothly for her clients. She loves what she does and prides herself on building long term relationships with her customers. Mary has extensive experience in residential lending, whether it be a new construction or renovation project, a new home purchase, or refinance of an existing home. Mary is actively involved with the Arrowhead Builders Association and the Lake Superior Area REALTORS Association. She grew up in Hibbing and graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. Mary currently lives in Duluth with her family.
