Brad Gallop is a 35-year veteran of the mortgage industry, holding leadership positions in a number of national and regional mortgage companies. With extensive experience in sales operations management, Brad prides himself on empowering his team to reach their full potential. Brad earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute – Strayer University, and he earned his undergrad banking & finance degree from the University of North Dakota. Brad serves on the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.

Tim as been involved in the mortgage and real estate industry for over 20 years. North Shore Mortgage is expanding its mortgage presence to other markets in greater Minnesota, starting with the Grand Rapids market where Tim will lead the charge. Tim was born and raised in the Grand Rapids area and he has extensive knowledge of the local market. Tim works diligently to provide a great experience for his customers while also educating them throughout the loan process.
Mary Rich-Raj brings more than 25 years of mortgage industry experience and deep local market knowledge to North Shore Mortgage. Over the course of her career, she has served in a wide range of roles spanning operations, sales and leadership. For more than 15 years, Mary has held key leadership positions guiding some of the region’s top-performing sales teams. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mary is actively engaged in the community and has served in various board roles supporting the local real estate market. She is a graduate of The College of St. Scholastica, a Duluth native, and currently resides in Hermantown with her family.
