Tim joined North Shore in 2014 and has served in key roles in the Investments & Trust department up until 2022 when he was promoted to VP, Financial Management. In his current role as Chief Financial Officer, Tim uses his diverse professional background to focus his energy and apply his knowledge on the financial management for the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, Tim held a senior analyst position in commercial lending. He also has experience in corporate tax as a staff accountant for a publicly traded company, and investment and financial planning as a financial advisor. Tim is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, with a Bachelor of Accounting degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with emphasis in finance. He is a graduate of the Cannon Trust School, as well as a Certified Public Accountant. Tim currently serves on the executive board of the Duluth Playhouse.
In 2005, while still a student at the College of St. Scholastica, Tom became employed by North Shore as a part-time bank teller. Since then Tom not only received his degree, but after working with the Bank’s North Shore Mortgage Division and completing MN Bankers' Commercial Lending School, he earned a coveted spot on the bank’s business banking team. In 2022, Tom was promoted to his current role as the VP, Business Banking. Tom serves on several community organization boards of directors. He also continues to enjoy his love for baseball as the head coach for the Lakeview American Legion team.
Brad Gallop is a 35-year veteran of the mortgage industry, holding leadership positions in a number of national and regional mortgage companies. With extensive experience in sales operations management, Brad prides himself on empowering his team to reach their full potential. Brad earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute – Strayer University, and he earned his undergrad banking & finance degree from the University of North Dakota. Brad serves on the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.
