Tim joined North Shore in 2014 and has served in key roles in the Investments & Trust department up until 2022 when he was promoted to VP, Financial Management. In his current role, Tim uses his diverse professional background to focus his energy and apply his knowledge on the financial management for the Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, Tim held a senior analyst position in commercial lending. He also has experience in corporate tax as a staff accountant for a publicly traded company, and investment and financial planning as a financial advisor. Tim is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, with a Bachelor of Accounting degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with emphasis in finance. He is a graduate of the Cannon Trust School, as well as a Certified Public Accountant. Tim currently serves on the executive board of the Duluth Playhouse.
In 2005, while still a student at the College of St. Scholastica, Tom became employed by North Shore as a part-time bank teller. Since then Tom not only received his degree, but after working with the Bank’s North Shore Mortgage Division and completing MN Bankers' Commercial Lending School, he earned a coveted spot on the bank’s business banking team. In 2022, Tom was promoted to the role of VP, Business Banking. Tom serves on several community organization boards of directors. He also continues to enjoy his love for baseball as the head coach for the Lakeview American Legion team.
Brad Gallop is a 35-year veteran of the mortgage industry, holding leadership positions in a number of national and regional mortgage companies. With extensive experience in sales operations management, Brad prides himself on empowering his team to reach their full potential. Brad earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute – Strayer University, and he earned his undergrad banking & finance degree from the University of North Dakota. Brad serves on the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.
Roberta joined North Shore Bank in 2021, bringing over 35 years of experience in mortgage lending. With a career that began in the Twin Cities area and expanded to Duluth in 2021, Roberta has built a strong foundation in both retail and wholesale, and correspondent mortgage operations, primarily within community and banking environments. Over the past 32 years, Roberta has held various management roles, overseeing all facets of mortgage operations.
Mandi joined North Shore Bank in 2021 as the Director of Marketing & Communications. In her current role, she oversees both Marketing and the Retail Banking division, bringing over 20 years of diverse marketing experience across industries including franchise consumer services, sports marketing, and event planning.
Mandi holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Cloud State University. In 2023, she earned her Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation from the American Bankers Association.

Derek joined North Shore Bank in April 1998 and has been a key driver of technology advancements and innovation within the organization. With exceptional leadership, dedication, and vision, he has played a critical role in shaping the bank's technology infrastructure.
Karen began her banking career at North Shore Bank in 1995, as a part-time teller before progressing to roles as a teller, loan processor, and retail banker. Karen served as Retail Banking Manager prior to being promoted to Retail Banking Director in 2020, where she led the management, operations, and product development for the department. In her current role of Vice President of Project Management, she oversees various projects in support of the Bank's strategic growth objectives. With 30 years of experience in Retail Banking, Karen brings expertise in sales, operations, and staff development.
Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from UW-Superior, and she is also a graduate of the Leadership Duluth program.
Megan joined North Shore Bank’s Investment & Trust department in June 2023 as a portfolio manager. Previously she worked as a financial advisor for Ameriprise Financial and Wells Fargo Advisors in Bismarck, ND.
Megan graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities with a bachelor’s degree in economics. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and holds the Accredited Portfolio Management AdvisorSM designation.
