We are currently seeking a Commercial lender to join our team! The ideal candidate should have a strong background in commercial lending and experience in developing new commercial business, expanding existing commercial customer relationships, and working with customers to develop long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Engages in business development activities and solicitation of new business.
- Manage an existing loan portfolio consisting of business and commercial real estate loans.
- Foster long-term relationships through outstanding customer service to retain, grow, and expand our client base.
- Gathers and analyzes all information necessary to present a financing request to Senior Management or Loan Committee for approval.
- Meets with existing or potential customers, visiting customer’s facilities, negotiates loan terms and conditions; approves loans within established lending limits or refers and recommends approval to the Chief Lending Officer or Loan Committee.
- Coordinates processing of approved loans; ensures loans are processed according to customer needs and in conformity with Bank lending policies.
- Represents the Bank in various community, civic, and community reinvestment functions to further enhance the Bank's image and develop additional business.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business, finance, accounting or related field.
- 5-10 years of commercial lending experience.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and proven business development skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A flexible schedule to meet client’s needs.
- Ability to understand tax returns and financial statements and knowledge of commercial loan products.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to learn new software and product offerings.

- $80-$120,000 depending on experience
