North Shore Bank is seeking a Concierge Banker to join our Retail team! In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison by enthusiastically greeting and directing customers while processing transactions efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers promptly as they enter the bank, assess their needs, and direct them accordingly, while delivering exceptional customer service. Take ownership of customer service issues through critical thinking and problem resolution skills. Handle various transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and money transfers, adhering to bank policies and regulations.
• Provide support with digital banking and debit card services, offering assistance in person or over the phone.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, disclosure requirements, and privacy policies, while detecting and preventing fraudulent activities to protect the bank and its customers.
• Assist customers with opening accounts, answer questions about products and services, and provide solutions to any issues, both in person and via phone.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  

• A high school diploma or GED
• One to two years similar or related experience, banking experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills. Must be comfortable with face-to-face and over the phone interaction with a desire to help others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and stay organized with interruptions throughout the day.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• $35,000-$40,000, depending on experience
