North Shore Bank is seeking a Full-time Teller to join our Retail team! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills while completing duties in a timely and accurate manner. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn more about our Retail department and offers room for additional learning and career growth! Responsibilities:
- Provide account services to customers by processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks and performing money transfers
- Answer customer inquiries and refer them to appropriate departments
- Provide assistance with online banking and debit card support
- Keep up to date on products and services
- Perform other duties as assigned
