What You Will Do:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service through email, phone, or in-person contact.
- Process applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Updates client records and maintains files.
- Generates insurance quotes, assisting with risk evaluations and providing administrative support to agents.
- Ensure all processes and documentation comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Perform tasks such as data entry, policy document issuance, and premium billing.
- Promote bank to grow and maintain positive relationships. Coordinate meetings or special events for agents.
- Conduct market research and recommend insurance products or services to agents to help meet client needs.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is not only detail-oriented and dependable, but who also brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for helping others.
- Three to five years of similar or related experience preferred. Commercial insurance background a plus.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Commitment to protecting customer information & maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities.
