What You Will Do:

• Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service through email, phone, or in-person contact.
• Process applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Updates client records and maintains files.
• Generates insurance quotes, assisting with risk evaluations and providing administrative support to agents.
• Ensure all processes and documentation comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Perform tasks such as data entry, policy document issuance, and premium billing.
• Promote bank to grow and maintain positive relationships. Coordinate meetings or special events for agents.
• Conduct market research and recommend insurance products or services to agents to help meet client needs.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who is not only detail-oriented and dependable, but who also brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for helping others.

• Three to five years of similar or related experience preferred. Commercial insurance background a plus
• Associates degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers
• Commitment to protecting customer information & maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities
• A self-starter who works well independently and also enjoys working with clients and agents

• $42,000-$47,000/year depending on experience. Potential for advancement into a sales role to earn commissions, if desired.
