North Shore Bank is a locally-owned and managed, independent, community bank that has been operating in the Duluth area for over 100 years! We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that promote our products, drive customer engagement, and support brand growth. You’ll enhance our digital presence, provide insights, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to strategize and prioritize campaigns that highlight that showcase our company, brand, and values.
  • Write marketing collateral for all areas of the bank, including social media captions, articles, press releases, email campaigns, website content, and other marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
  • Create social media graphics, manage the editorial calendar, and monitor engagement.
  • Assist with managing donation and sponsorship fulfillment requests, including related materials.
  • Work with department managers to develop content that aligns with business goals and customer needs, while supporting the overall marketing strategy and initiatives.
  • Update and maintain our website, assist with the internal website/portal, and manage the creation and distribution of the monthly internal newsletter.
  • Represent the bank and engage with our community at local events through tabling opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including processing invoices and tracking marketing assets for audits.
  • Track ROI, assess campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Support marketing, communications, public relations, research, and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Minimum three years marketing experience in a professional work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management tools) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro, a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and editing skills
