What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted banking partner by processing teller transactions and engaging customers in meaningful conversations to identify financial needs
  • Share digital banking solutions and connect customers with appropriate bank services and team members
  • Provide knowledgeable support for online banking, debit card inquiries, and routine transactions
  • Demonstrate proficiency in bank products, procedures, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Assist customers with personalized service, in-person, over the phone, and online
  • Take on additional responsibilities and contribute to team success as needed
What We're Looking For:
 
We're seeking someone who is not only detail-oriented and dependable, but who also brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for helping others.
 
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers
  • Commitment to protecting customer information & maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities
