North Shore Bank is seeking a Full-time Personal Banker I to join our Retail team! We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual to provide exceptional customer service and meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities:

• Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions and making appropriate introductions to the respective departments
• Identify information and services to meet customer’s financial needs
• Perform routine transactional, operational and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization
• Answer customer inquiries in a knowledgeable manner
• Provide assistance with online banking and debit card support
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or related experience preferred
• A high school diploma or GED
• General math
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers
