We’re currently seeking a Personal Banker II/III (position title based on level of experience) to join our Retail Team.

The individual for this role should enjoy engaging with customers and building relationships to gain an understanding of their financial needs. In this role, you will educate our customers on personal banking products and services, assist them with opening accounts, lending, offering online and mobile banking support, and more. What You Will Do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in-person, via phone, and through digital channels for all consumer banking products and services.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of bank products and services; provide comprehensive product education to customers and build long-term relationships.
  • Open and manage a variety of accounts, including checking, savings, IRAs, HSAs, and certificates of deposit, with a focus on promoting technology-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Support customers with debit cards, online banking, mobile banking, and other personal banking services.
  • Provide lending support and assist with loan origination, based on level of experience.
  • Administer safe deposit box services.
  • Perform bank opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with teller operations as needed, including transaction processing, and vault management.
  • Support loan processing activities to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Support team development by mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A high school diploma or GED or degree
  • One to three years of similar or related banking experience preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with must be comfortable with both face-to-face and phone interactions, with a strong desire to help others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, time management, and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively while working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • $35,000-$40,000 for level II, $40,000-$50,000 for level III, both levels depend on experience. Department incentive in addition to base salary.
