We are currently seeking a Personal Banking Branch Manager to lead our team of personal bankers and drive the profitability of a branch. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs, offering customized solutions that align with their goals. Your responsibilities will include lending, branch operations, and developing both new business and expanding existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of bankers to deliver exceptional customer service
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
- Provide ongoing training, performance reviews, and provide performance feedback to staff
- Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customers' unique financial needs and provide personalized banking solutions
- Engage and monitor the day-to-day sales and operations of the branch
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries
- Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure daily banking operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with established policies and regulations
- Maintain knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations
- Monitor branch cash and financial transactions for accuracy and security
- Complete timeclock approvals and other supervisory responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a two-year college degree preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in banking, supervisory experience required.
- Solid understanding of banking products, services, and financial regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively in both face-to-face and phone interactions, and a desire for helping others in a professional manner.
- Ability to perform account openings and lending tasks as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and computer skills.
