North Shore Bank is seeking a Servicing Solutions Associate to join our Operations/Loan Servicing team! The individual in this role will assist our customers with various loan servicing and other operational functions in the department. Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of borrower and vendor inquiries including full resolution of request and documentation of accounts.
• Accurate loan data changes in servicing system completed within Bank policy standards including updating borrower provided items such as escrow analysis, homeowners insurance, flood map changes, property taxes, and force placed coverages if needed
• Loss Mitigation including collections, workouts, claims and liquidation.
• Research and resolution of escalated or complex issues.
• Cross trains and provides backup assistance to other areas of the Bank as needed.
• Scanning, filing and accurate record keeping.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of a high school diploma or GED
• One to three years prior mortgage servicing or collections experience preferred. Position title depends on level of experience
• Exceptional written and verbal customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and have attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in different systems
• Trouble shooting/problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
