We currently have a full-time opportunity in our Investments & Trust Department. This position consists of a wide range of administrative support and operational tasks and responsibilities associated with the day to day workflow of the Investments & Trust Department.


  • Processing transactions: Input various transactions such as client distributions and contributions into various software.
  • Account opening/closing: Facilitate the opening and closing procedures for accounts.
  • Administrative support. Provide support to administrators as needed.
  • Client correspondence: Prepare and mail various client correspondence.
  • Reporting: Produce and distribute various reports including various client statements.
  • Various projects as assigned.
