We are seeking a Trust Assistant to join our team! This position is responsible for various administrative and operational support functions in the Investments & Trust department.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate processing of daily distributions (posting transactions, printing checks, sending wires, processing ACHs, etc.) and contributions (deposits, dividends, interest, etc.) for various account types using department software.
- Provide support to administrators and to the department through various operational and administrative duties. (Issuing disbursements, preparing meeting materials, account reconciliation, preparing internal forms, contact and communication with various individuals including clients, beneficiaries, external professionals etc.)
- Provide backup and cross-train with operational and administrative support positions to develop and maintain the skills necessary to independently perform functions associated with disbursements and receipts or investments.
- Prepare, mail and track client communications and notices. A significant amount of trust, diplomacy, confidentiality, professionalism and tact are required through all forms of communication.
- Take inventory, stock, order and organize office supplies for the department.
- Answer phones, greet clients and schedule meetings.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred, but not required.
- Desire and aptitude to learn new concepts and apply them in a functional manner. Areas of knowledge may include; investments, IRAs, estate work, real estate, banking functions, tax, fiduciary responsibility, accounting/bookkeeping and other wealth management related topics.
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire to understand customer needs and provide a solution.
- Ability to shift priorities and multitask to meet deadlines.

- $40,000-$46,000, depending on experience.
