Our Investments & Trust department is seeking a Trust Operations Assistant to join our team! This position is responsible for duties such as client communication reporting, providing back up support to operational and administrative support roles, and supporting and securing future business for the department through relationships with external professional partners. Trust and estate tax experience is a plus.

What You Will Do:

  • Organize, maintain and manage future business files on behalf of administrators.
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationships with external legal and tax professionals. A significant amount of trust, diplomacy, confidentiality, professionalism and tact are required through all forms of communication.
  • Prepare client statements (paper and web) and communication reporting.
  • Client portal management which may include set up, troubleshooting, password reset, etc.
  • Answer phones, grant entry access to clients in through secure doors, then greet and seat them.
  • Stock and organize conference rooms and public areas in department area.
  • Provide backup support and cross-train with operational positions to develop and maintain the skills necessary to independently perform functions associated with disbursements, receipts or investments.
  • Perform routine core system account review and maintenance of transactions, overdrafts, etc.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Position title based on level of experience and education.
